+++ 'Heartily Welcome' article rewritten +++

We had to re-write the 'Heartily Welcome' article on our front page. It became neccessary because in the course of the ongoing renovation works on Manas Airport somebody removed the 'Kosh Kelenizder' sign from the immigration hall. However, this is not a problem, because 'Kosh Kelenizder' lives in the heart of the people, and we found another sign with this greeting...
